A Legacy Built on Wheels, Hard Work, and Family

At the heart of our company is a story that spans generations—a legacy of resilience, responsibility, and a passion for the open road.

Our journey began with George Bagnell, a hardworking farmer from Ireland who planted roots near his brother in the quiet township of Bagnall, just outside Paincourt and Chatham, Ontario. His only son, Raymond Bagnell, born and raised in that very township, returned from serving in World War II to become a dedicated dump truck driver. He later went on to haul steel for Canada Steel out of Chatham until his well-earned retirement at age 65.

Raymond’s son, Thomas George Bagnell, continued the tradition of service and strength. After an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy, Thomas spent over a decade long-haul truck driving across the United States. When his grandfather George passed, Thomas returned to Chatham where he found love, raised a family, and built a respected career as a millwright. He was also a Fourth Degree Past Faithful Navigator and a Gilwell-trained Scout Leader, shaping young minds through leadership and integrity.

Now, the torch has been passed to Ryan Thomas Bagnell. After more than 20 years running a successful small business, Ryan chose to bring his entrepreneurial drive and exceptional customer service skills into the logistics industry. Inspired by generations of hard work and stories from the road, he turned vision into reality—building a company grounded in family values, operational excellence, and a commitment to moving freight safely and efficiently across Ontario.
